How can I buy products?

Buying a product is really simple & fun on our platform!

Just allow your location access and choose the product category or search the product you want to buy.

Our system will find and show the shops selling your searched product within 10KM radius.

You may compare and place the order online or visit the shop.

What are the payment options available to buy a product?

The most preferred payment options on our platform are Gpay, PhonePe, Paytm, UPI or Cash as you can make the payment directly to the shop vendor only upon purchase of your product.

You will get shop vendor payment detail when you place the order online.

How can I contact shop/seller for purchase or queries?

This is one of the unique features available on our platform, you can send inquiries or chat live directly with shop vendors or sellers and they can guide you with your questions or queries.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

An e-mail & SMS will be sent once you’ve successfully placed your order online. We’ll also let you know as soon as the seller ships/process the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders from the ‘My Orders’ section on your account as well.

How will my order be delivered?

All orders are shipped directly by shop vendors or sellers only. In case shop vendor is unable to deliver at your door step, you may choose a self-pickup from the store directly.

How can I get refund or replacement of product I purchased?

Refunds & Returns are honored directly by the Shop vendor or seller only. You are advised to discuss with the shop vendor or seller about refund and return policies while buying a product or making a payment.

How can I sell my products?

Selling a product is really simple on our platform!

On the left-hand side menu, you will find an option SHOP/Seller Registration, Just fill up the registration form, choose the package suitable to you, an online shop is ready for selling your products.

For registration, you will need a valid email ID, Aadhar No, PAN No,

I am a Shop Vendor/Seller, my product is not visible on the site

If you have already added a product in your account but it is not visible on the site then you may re-check the following options;

  1. Check whether your product is in Draft stage or Published. Only published status products are visible on the site
  2. Make sure you have updated your google location inside your account settings

How many products I can sell?

Please refer to our shop/seller subscription packages for the number of products allowed to sell in your account.

Can I upgrade my subscription package to sell more products?

Yes, at any point of time you can upgrade your subscription to sell more products. You will find this option in your account profile.

To upgrade the subscription, first you will need to cancel the existing subscription.
